Susan grew up and has spent the majority of her life in the DC Metro area. She’s a lover of family and friends (both two-legged and four), good food, travel, and, of course, beautiful design.

She loves cooking a great meal just as much as finding a fabulous restaurant while on the road. Traveling and experiencing new places brings her great joy, and how lucky is she that her profession allows her to do just that while working alongside incredible designers and retail partners? Susan genuinely loves what she does, and getting to share the beauty of our industry along the way makes it all the more rewarding.

Her experience in the design world is personal and extensive. From retail furniture stores and a design boutique to designing for retail florists, Susan has experienced the design and retail process up close and from different sides of the business. She understands what her clients need from a representative because she’s been there herself.

At Susan On The Road, we’re dedicated to making you—and your projects—look great. We represent a thoughtfully curated collection of furniture, art, lighting, and décor from brands that value beautiful design, quality, and selection.

And when you find the perfect piece? We believe in delivering what we promise, when we promise it.

With our team’s extensive experience in the furniture and design industry, we pride ourselves on providing personal, responsive service tailored to each client. We love what we do, we love the people we get to work with, and we’re always excited to see where the road takes us next.
